    No. The classes are designed to support you wherever you are on your meditative journey.

  • Who would benefit from this experience?

    This class is for people who want to learn how to manage stress or anxiety, self-regulate, work through blockages, self-reflect, and connect with themselves on a deeper level.

  • What do I need in order to participate?

    All you need is a paintbrush, canvas, and paints.

  • Are there classes for non-creative types?

    You do not have to consider yourself a creative person in order to participate. People who identify as “non-creative” are usually the ones who surprise themselves the most!
